ABSTRACT:

Now a day’s peoples are completely habituated for cool life or without hard work so this reason causes many diseases. Recently most of the software employees yield for spondilysis, gastritis, heart stroke, brain stroke and paralysis etc. especially throughout world youth suffering with stress condition and money earning pressure and restless work, mechanical life also causes various diseases. Recently in Nalgonda one survey held on brain stroke and kidney failure, paralysis. In that survey as a pharmacist and other doctors are conducted for every 100 persons participated in that 7 members are heart stroke, 5 persons are kidney failure, 3 are paralyzed persons are there. This survey carried at Government hospital, Gollguda, Nalgonda, Telangana. why this ailments are raising means lack of exercise, fast food eating, environmental pollution, restless life, insomnia, companies task pressure on employ along with lot of reasons are there.

KEY WORDS: Heart stroke, kidney failure, paralysis, disease survey

INTRODUCTION:

Present life style is entirely mechanical life which causes various kinds of incurable diseases is produced in body. With this reason peoples are struggling with health problem, environmental pollution, food habits, lack of exercise so many reasons are there, not only these factors including genetic or hereditary problem. At present situation peoples are completely depend on readymade life. Stroke is some time referred to as cerebrovascular accident or loss of brain function due to disturbances in blood supply to the brain or lack of blood supply is called ischemia as a result hemorrhage [1-4].

Kidney failure is medical condition in which kidney fails to adequately filter waste products from the blood, renal failure is mainly determined by decrease in glomerular filtration rate when it is occur kidney failure. Paralysis is loss of muscle function for one or more muscle in these conditions in neuron nurochemical released interrupted for this reason muscle function ceased. Some time all above diseases come with stress conditions and psychological feeling insistent of soul and emotional conditions, restless life developed heart stroke, paralysis, renal failure etc[5-7].

Now a days younger’s only suffering with these disorders due to in coordination of brain. The symptoms often intensify over the following hours and may vary depending of which area of the brain is affected. The brain is divided into two cerebral hemispheres (halves) and each cerebral hemisphere controls the opposite side of the body. A blood clot in the left part of the brain will therefore give symptoms in the right arm and leg. Typical symptoms of a stroke are: Paralysis of an arm or a leg Paralysis [8-10] of one half of the body or face, Blindness in one half of the field of vision, Unintelligible speech or problems understanding, Tingling or numbness in parts of the body, dizziness  and possibly fainting  ,Balance and coordination problem.

Mechanism of brain stroke, kidney failure and paralysis:

A stroke occur when there is interruption of the blood supply to a particular area of the brain, ultimately leading to cell injury and cell death. A stroke occurs when there is interruption of the blood supply to a particular area of the brain, ultimately leading to cell injury and cell death. Strokes occur when there is an occlusion of blood vessel impairing the flow blood to the brain. When large amounts of toxins are suddenly released in the blood circulation after a long compressed limb is suddenly relieved from the pressure obstructing the blood flow through its tissues, causing ischemia. The resulting overload can lead to the clogging and the destruction of the kidneys. It is are perfusion injury that appears after the release of the crushing pressure. The mechanism is believed to be the release into the bloodstream of muscle breakdown products – notably myoglobin, potassium, and phosphorus – that are the products of rhabdomyolysis. The specific action on the kidneys is not fully understood, but may be due in part to nephrotoxic metabolites of myoglobin. Renal failure is mainly determined by a decrease in glomerular filtration rate, the rate at which blood is filtered in the glomeruli of the kidney. This is detected by a decrease in or absence of urine production or determination of waste products (creatinine or urea) in the blood. Depending on the cause, hematuria (blood loss in the urine) and proteinuria (protein loss in the urine) may be noted.

CONCLUSION:

From this survey we concluded that people in urban areas are suffering from these ailments more than rural areas because people in urban areas are subjected to various factors like food habits, environmental pollution, brain stroke, stress conditions, loss of exercise. From the graphical representation highest ratios are seen in brain stroke and kidney failure. Doing exercise and taking proper diet from time to time food intake and proper sleeping keep the good health. If all these factors are controlled then people will lead a healthy and happy life.
